i’ve had a very busy weekend! I’ve been on the go non-stop and have only had time now to do a post.
Yesterday, I went to an adorable animal sanctuary and rescue centre for my friends birthday picnic as she is a vegan and visits the sanctuary regularly. The weather was BEAUTIFUL and we had such a lovely day. So I thought I’d share how I styled myself for the day. I wanted to wear something comfortable, yet still stylish and keep it simple.
I wore my Zara cotton Culotte jumpsuit with a black bandeau top underneath and GAP black leather sandals. This jumpsuit is AMAZING. I’m actually wearing it backwards, but I much prefer it this way round. It’s light, airy and so simple to wear so it’s a definite Summer staple.
I kept my makeup very fresh, simple and radiant. I used my Charlotte Tilbury foundation to create a glowing base, and combatted the dreaded under eye circles with Collection illuminating concealer. I added a little warmth with my Guerlain terracotta bronzer and dabbed a little Shy beam on my cheekbones to highlight. For my eyes, I covered my lids with Bourjois Colorband eyeshadow pencil and added a small feline flick of Charlotte Tilbury Rock ‘n’ Khol in Barbarella Brown finished off with Benefit Rollerlash mascara. The look was finished off with a slick of MAC satin lipstick in Twig.
