I love a good concealer, especially when it covers all manner of yuckiness that decides to pop up from time to time. Erase paste is a Benefit bestseller, promising a brightening, lightening coverage in a smooth formulation. I got this after I had my first Benefit eyebrow bar experience (which was amazing by the way, I fully recommend it!) and they used it as a coverup after the waxing and it reminded me of when I used it years ago.
Nothing has changed about this lovely little jar of concealer since its release. The cute packaging, the glass jar and little plastic spoon inside are still oh so sweet and welcoming! I opened it up and got stuck in straight away! The little spoon works like a spatula, allowing you to “scoop” the product out of the jar and apply directly to the face. I prefer to use a brush, however.
I dip my concealer brush into the pot and dab a few spots under my eyes, around the base of my nose and under my eyebrows. I use my foundation brush to blend it in and make sure it’s worked into the skin well and sit back to have a look at my lovely, radiant skin. It really does brighten the skin with a pink hue instantly lifting your features. The formula is creamy, smooth and easy to blend and can be used to brighten, but also to cover blemishes too.
If you want a good all-rounder, this is great. It’s easy to use, effective and very versatile. However, if you have oily skin, steer clear, it is quite hydrating and will probably make oily skin look a bit shiny.
