Today I’m wearing…

I fancied a bit of a change today, so thought I’d share my weekend look with you. It’s been very cold and windy in London this weekend, so I had to dress sensibly but I will never let the weather dictate my style. So here is what I wore today!

Scarf: Oliver Bonas, Top : Primark, Leather Trousers: Zara, Pewter Brogues: Clarks, Bag: Primark

I wanted to wear something comfy and warm while also looking cute. These little brogues are the main focus, and they are SO BLOODY CUTE! I love them. The leather trousers keep me warm but also add a little edginess to and otherwise very basic look. The knitted top is warm and comfy but also flatters my shape as it’s really stretchy and form fitting. The scarf just finished off the look with a bit of pattern and interest to jazz it up a bit.

Smashbox Contour palette, Bare Minerals SPF powder, Maybelline Sensational mascara, The fragrance library perfume Gin and Tonic, Rimmel Fix and protect Primer, Clinique Pop lip colour in Poppy Pop, Maybelline Dream mousse blush in 06, Collection Extreme liquid liner pen, Tarte Eye Architect in Rose Gold, Maybelline Eraser concealer.

My makeup for the day is very natural with the main focus being on my poppy, bright lip! I like to have a pop of colour in my outfits and this lipstick is just DIVINE! I kept my base very matte and simple, with just a little bit of blush and a slight highlight using the highlighter powder in my Contour palette. The eyes are lightly shimmery with the Tarte rose gold eyeshadow and a touch of the lightest eyeshadow shade from the contour palette in the corners. I kept my brows very natural with just a touch of eyebrow powder from the palette. I tend to mix the 2 shades to make my colour. A little slick of eyeliner and mascara finishes the eyes, then I just applied my Clinique lipstick to finish it off. It’s a very simple, but striking look, and I like the natural aspect to it.

I hope you liked my weekend look, and I hope you have a beautiful Sunday ❤
