It’s the end of the month again, and it seems like it’s gone soooo quickly! I ferl like I blinked and almost missed it! It’s been a very busy month though, and a good month for new favourites. So, let’s jump straight in!
Garnier Ultimate Blends delicate shampoo and conditioner – I have always struggled with a sensitive scalp and this combo has been a blessing! They are really gentle on my scalp and hair, leaving my hair hydrated but not greasy. I really enjoy using them.
Simple gentle face mask – I’ve been using this really gentle, creamy face mask twice a week and my skin has really improved. It doesn’t dry out my already dry skin like a lot of masks do, which is great, and doesn’t irritate me. I swear by it!
Burberry Warm Glow Bronzer in 01 – this bronzer is just INCREDIBLE! It’s not a full on “holiday tan” in a powder, but it does give a really subtle, glowy warmth to even the palest of skin tones. I find it leaves my skin feeling really soft and it truley lasts all day. I’ve never been a bit fan of bronzer but this one has got my heart all aflutter!
Charlotte Tilbury Rock’n’kohl eyeliner in Bedroom Black – my favourite Barbarella Brown rock’n’kohl has officially had its day as its now only an inch long nub now (yes I’m aware that’s a bit mental, but I seriously love it that much!) and needs replacing, but in its place I have continuously reached for the bedroom black option instead. The pencil is super creamy, melts onto the skin and once it sets it does not budge for anything! It’s super long wearing and creates a really bold look so easily.
Burberry Nude Glow highlighter – this highlighter has become a bit of an obsession! It’s really glowy and radiant on the skin without any shimmer or glitter. It creates a natural, lit from within glow to the cheekbones and brow bones so easily, and blends incredibly smoothly on the skin. I seriously love it.
Garnier BB cream in extra light – I picked this up this month as I saw they had released an extra light option for fair skin and had heard great things about it. I’m so pleasantly surprised at how good it really is! It blends like a dream, looks super natural and keeps my skin hydrated with the Garnier treatment included. I’ve used it every day since I bought it and have no plan to stop. It’s so easy and works a treat!
Clarins Body Relax Oil – this oil is fabulous for if you’re a bit stressed from work. It contains aromatherapy oils which really calm your nerves and help you to relax while also nourishing your skin. I put a few drops in my bath before bed then apply some to my arms, chest and shoulders to really relax before I go to sleep.
Lush Sultana Soap – a favourite I always go back to is Sultana soap. It’s the only soap/body wash that really keeps my skin clean and hydrated. It’s super gentle and creamy and cleanses without stripping the skin of oils. I absolutely love it, and use it everyday.
Charlotte Tilbury matte Revolution lipstick in Amazing Grace – this gorgeous lipstick has been in my handbag all month and I’ve been reaching for it a lot! It’s the perfect petal pink shade with a yummy vanilla scent and hydrating yet matte finish. I find the colour really lifts my skin tone and brightens my face with just one swipe.
Accessorize gold bangles – I absolutely love these simple, delicate bangles! I like really dainty jewellery anyway but these beauties are just so lovely to wear! They each have a tiny design to the ends of the bangle, one with a marble effect stone, one with a pewter Jewel and one with a gold arrow. They go with everything and look great in my jewellery box.
Marble effect phone cases – I stumbled on these on Amazon while browsing for a new phone case, and just loved the marble effect design on them. When I got them through I loved them even more because of their soft plastic shell and glossy back cover. The design is simple and just so lovely, and the case is easy and comfortable to hold.
Accessorize stud earring collection – I only ever wear stud earrings, not because I don’t like dangly earrings, but because I like the simplicity of studs. They look lovely and add just a hint of sparkle where it’s needed. These little beauties have seen me through the month really well, and I’ve enjoyed wearing them.
Stylist Magazine for Kindle – I rarely get any use out of my kindle because I prefer to use my phone most of the time, but since downloading the Stylist Magazine app, I’ve been using it a lot more. It’s a nifty little app that allows me to download every issue of Stylist for free, and use their fantastic interface to read all the articles and swish through their fashion section really simply.
