March Favourites

Is it me or has a March felt like an incredibly long month? I feels like forever since my last payday and it’s really starting to show! But now March is coming to an end, and with it, Spring is starting and that is VERY exciting!

Here are a few of the things I have been loving this month!

I’ll start with the beauty items I’ve been loving this month. First up, the eva.nye Up  All Night Volumising Spray, which I use on damp hair before blow drying for serious volume, or I it on before putting my hair in plaits to create soft waves. It’s great stuff! Currently sold on Asos. I also went back to the First Aid Beauty Radiance pads and Ultra Repair Cream aftet using them a few years ago and loving them! The pads give my skin a soft exfoliation and don’t leave it dry while the cream is reall soft and light but packs a punch with moisture.

Not really a beauty product, but it is something that makes me look better haha. Anyway, I got new glasses this month too and I LOVE them! I went to Specsavers for a check up, and ended up leaving with these Karl Lagerfield beauties and some Karen Millen sunglasses on the the 2 for 1 offer. Being able to see has never looked so good! And it’s probably no surprise my Burberry Warm Glow Powder is in there this month since I’ve been using it literally every day. It just gives such a lovely warm luminous glow and it smells divine! I also started using 2 new lip products this month and both are budget brand options, and cruelty free! The first is the Collection Moisturising Lip Butter in Rose which is like a crayon style lipstick and goes on like a balm but has a massive hit of colour like a lipstick. It’s a great colour too, leaning more towards a coral shade. The second is a B Natural Lipstick in Eton Mess Which is a “your lips but better” shade of pink, with just a hint of coral. It’s really moisturising and intense and I just love it.

Finally, I also went back to the Soap and Glory Kick ass concealer which is a neat little compact with 2 creamy concealer shades to mix and a setting powder. It covers all manner of imperfections and doesn’t feel heavy which is great for me.

Moving onto fashion, and I have a few favourites this month. First of all, my Reebok Classics, which have barely left my feet all month! They are so comfy and simple and just look great with everything! I have been pairing them with this Marks and Spencer stripe long shirt with a longer length and floaty cut, this shirt literally does it all! It can be worn with skinny jeans and trainers for a casual look or jazzed up with abode in skirt and heels for the evening.

I finally went for a bra measuring at Victoria Secret this month too, and was shocked to find I was wearing the wrong bra! After a great consultation, I bought this gorgeous black lace balconette with removable straps and the same in nude. They are so comfortable and feel great on, I fully recommend getting a fitting!

Finally, this lovely black faux snakeskin handbag from Zara with a chunky chain detail on the edging and a cool leather tassel on the side. It’s the perfect size to fit everything in without having enough space to throw loads of crap into my bag like I usually do!

Finally, I have a tech favourite in the form of his ViewQuest vintage style DAB and Bluetooth radio. I love this not only for it’s good looks and vintage styling, but because it also has so many features like Bluetooth connectivity and an aux input and you can also put batteries in and use it as a portable device too. I love how small and compact it is, while delivering great sound quality and it looks adorable on my vanity table!
